From there you choose Deliver to build a specific project, or Delegate for an ongoing partnership where we own your AI roadmap. Not sure where you fit? How much does it cost to work with Blue Llama?
It depends on how you work with us, and most engagements begin with discovery. Our AI Opportunity Assessment is typically around £2,950 + GST, depending on how many opportunities we identify. For a one-off Deliver project, we usually run a smaller piece of paid discovery first so we can scope and cost the solution properly. Delegate, our ongoing partnership, starts at £3,000 a month on a 12-month term. We set out every cost clearly before you commit. (Prices are a guide and may change.)
How quickly will we see a return, and what's the ROI guarantee?
Most delivery work pays for itself within six months. We set a baseline at the start, translate time saved into pounds, and track it quarterly. Our delivery work is backed by an ROI guarantee: if measurable savings don’t exceed our delivery fees over twelve months, we refund the difference.
What kinds of work can you actually automate?
Anything repetitive, rules-based, or document-heavy: data entry and reconciliation, report generation, client onboarding, document and email drafting, approvals, and internal AI assistants that answer staff questions instantly. Increasingly we also build agents that carry out whole multi-step tasks for you, with a human reviewing the result. One client saved over 1,300 hours a year by automating admin-heavy workflows.
Do we need to be on Microsoft 365 to work with you?
It helps, but it isn’t essential. We’re Microsoft-first, so wherever possible we build inside your existing Microsoft 365 environment using tools like Power Automate and Copilot, and your data stays where it is. If you’re not on Microsoft, we work with the tools you already have.
How do you keep our data secure and handle AI governance?
Security and governance are built into every engagement, not bolted on afterwards. Wherever possible we build inside your own Microsoft environment, so your data stays under your control. Delegate clients also get an AI use policy, data-handling guidance, and governance documentation, which matters for regulated Jersey sectors like finance and legal.
Will AI replace our team, or work alongside them?
Work alongside them. We design AI to take repetitive work off your people so they can focus on higher-value work, not to replace them, and there’s always a human in the loop. The usual result is the same team getting more done, with far less time lost to admin.
Do you only work with businesses in Jersey?
No. Our team is remote, so we can work with businesses anywhere, and we already support a number of multi-jurisdictional clients. We focus on Jersey because we believe the island’s future depends on leaning heavily into AI, and we want to help local businesses lead that shift. But we’re always open to working with others.
What is sector exclusivity, and could our competitors work with you too?
On our Delegate partnership we work with only one business per sector, so while you’re with us your direct competitors can’t be. It’s a genuine commercial commitment. The AI advantage we build with you stays yours, and once a sector slot is taken it’s closed until that client leaves.
