Swoop.je is Jersey’s first mortgage comparison website, built entirely using AI-assisted development and applying an AI-first approach across the whole business.
Now also launched in Guernsey and Isle of Man, a platform this sophisticated would have cost upwards of £60k before 2025, and taken six months to build. But we launched Swoop in under 30 days at a fraction of that cost.
The Challenge
Mortgage comparison websites help people get the best deal on what is likely to be the biggest purchase of their lives. Jersey homebuyers had no way to compare mortgage products across the seven local lenders.
The idea for Swoop has existed for years but the economics never worked: too small a market, too high a cost.

AI also handled data scraping, content writing, legal drafting and was used to create the promotional video.
