Cloud Coach is a technology company based out of Denver, Colorado. Their software adds project management capabilities to the Salesforce CRM, enabling their clients, who include Fortune 500 companies, to run their projects on Salesforce.
Could Coach originally engaged Blue Llama to build a website for their Boston conference and were then asked to redevelop their main website as well as create a learning platform to onboard new customers.
The main Cloud Coach website is the company’s primary method of showcasing their product and converting web visitors into engaged and motivated leads to pass onto their sales team.
Lots of research was done into SAAS websites to determine how best to market the product and encourage people to enter Cloud Coach’s sales pipeline.
The website contains a lot of content so building customer journeys and a creating a logical page hierarchy was key to keeping visitors engaged with information relevant to them.
