At Blue Llama we believe that digital tools have the power to make life easier and more accessible for everyone. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest project, AskBailey.je – an FREE AI-powered tool designed to help Islanders navigate Jersey’s legislation with ease.

In this blog post, we’ll take you behind the scenes of how AskBailey came to life, why it’s an important resource for Jersey, and how you can help us make it even better!

Introducing Bailey

AskBailey.je is a free AI tool that provides quick and easy access to basic legislative information in Jersey. Trained on over 1,300 Jersey laws from the JLIB website, Bailey helps Islanders understand the ins and outs of local legislation – no legal jargon or lengthy explanations.

Whether you’re a small business owner, a local resident, or someone curious about the rules that shape Jersey. Bailey is certainly not a replacement for a lawyer, it serves as a first stop for understanding the laws that affect you and being more educated when you do seek legal advice.

The Story Behind Bailey

We created Bailey because we believe technology can help people by taking the complex and making it simple. We saw an opportunity to use our expertise in AI development to build a tool that could simplify access to Jersey’s legal information. For too long, understanding legislation has been a challenge, often involving complex documents or needing professional guidance for even the most basic queries.

With AskBailey, our goal is to make information accessible to everyone, providing quick answers to common questions and empowering Islanders to make more informed decisions. This project is about using technology to enhance accessibility and drive AI innovation in Jersey.

But We Need Your Feedback!

AskBailey is currently in Beta, which means we’re still fine-tuning it to ensure it’s as helpful as possible and not providing inaccurate answers. This is where you come in!

We’re looking for feedback from Islanders of all backgrounds – whether you’ve used legal resources before or this is your first time exploring Jersey’s legislation. Your input can help us improve Bailey to better meet the needs of the community.

How You Can Help:

  • Visit AskBailey.je and try out the tool for yourself. Ask her questions about Jersey’s laws, and see how she responds.
  • Share Your Thoughts Did Bailey answer your questions? Was the information helpful? Is there something we could improve? We want to hear it all! Send your feedback to : bailey@bluellama.co.uk.
  • Help Shape the Future of AskBailey As we collect your feedback, we’ll use it to make Bailey even better. Your insights will directly influence the updates and improvements we make, ensuring that the tool continues to evolve to meet the needs of the Jersey community.

Visit AskBailey.je now and start asking some questions!
